New chair for my lower back. |

 I was just sitting at my computer for a while and realized how bad it is for the lower back. After only an hour of sitting, my lower back hurt like hell, I started getting a headache and the muscles were all strained in the middle of my back and abdomen.
It was nothing that long hot shower didn't take care of, but I decided to get a new chair. It's called a "kneeling chair" and it makes you sit in such a way that the majority of your weight is transeffered to the knees instead of over the lower back. The chair looks so uncomfortable so I guesss I should try one out before paying the $200 and change.
