DescriptionDescription  Prepare your normal stuffing recipe (or use a box of stove top to start with) Stuffing - Chop onions and celery into small pieces. Saute on med heat with 2 TBS butter. Add one can of chicken stock to your bread crumbs (or box of stove top) in a separate bowl and add the cooked celery and onion. Mix and set aside. Mix the can of mushroom soup and white wine together (equal parts of both) Lay chicken breasts down in the bottom of a 6x9 baking dish (glass or ceramic work best) Pour the mixture of wine and mushroom soup over the chicken. Then spread your stuffing over the top. If you like, you can chop some fresh mushrooms and put them over the top of the stuffing. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Take out the baking pan and uncover. Lay slices of swiss cheese over the top of the stuffing, and bake for an additional 15 minutes uncovered. Let cool for 10 minutes then serve with potatoes and French bread.
